What’s for dinner?

I’ve got 10 pounds of baby weight and 5 pounds of tv weight hanging on tight. Two weeks ago, I decided to hunker down and start losing in earnest despite the fact that I am still nursing Mila. As a result, I readily GAINED 4 pounds. So I’m going to hold myself accountable and share what I had for dinner.

Today, I grilled some chicken for lunch since I knew it would be raining come dinner. I had a chicken salad with homemade salsa for lunch. Then, for dinner, I made stir fry with carrots, celery and fresh corn that I cut off the cob. Mixed it up with my favorite stir fry mix (sesame seeds, low sodium soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder) and served it with a mix of white and brown rice. You could really taste the freshness of the corn. NUMMY!
